What to Expect During a Tooth Extraction
The procedure is usually quick and easy and can be done in our dentist’s office. However, if we need to refer you to a specialist for more complex cases, we will make sure you’re comfortable and have all the information you need before deciding.
First, the area around the tooth will be numbed with local anesthesia, which will help ensure that you are comfortable. Next, our dentist will loosen the tooth with an elevator instrument. The tooth will then be removed with forceps.
